Often, the door knobs in Venice are made of brass and there is only one art foundry left in Venice who can produce them: the Art Foundry Valese. In this Art Foundry, they still use the one century years old models to reproduce the door knobs, the same as we could find during the Venetian Republic, severals centuries ago!
